Ontarians were able to get their first haircuts in months as the second step of the province’s economic reopening plan took effect Wednesday. Public health restrictions on salons and other businesses were rolled back in light of a decline in COVID-19 cases, allowing hair salons to reopen to 25 per cent capacity with masking and other rules in place.
